EquiVal is a boutique commercial real estate appraisal firm based in Central Indiana and serving the entire state. The firm is led by Christian Flatt, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. A Central Indiana native, Christian brings over a decade of experience valuing properties throughout Indiana.

We appraise nearly all property types, including vacant land, office, retail, and special-use properties, with extensive experience in industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.
